A Nightmare Check-In Experience!

We arrived late only to find our reservation had been lost. The rude staff turned us away, leaving us out over $200 with no service recovery. As a single mom, this was heartbreaking. I recommend calling ahead to confirm your reservation before heading there.

The room was super comfortable with a wonderful bed. The roll-in shower was perfect for my needs and made everything so easy!

Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.

Short on washcloths and that outdated bedding was a total eyesore—yikes! Also, the surprise trash duty? Not a vibe, and the $100 charge for an extra day felt way too steep. Got me feelin' like it was a pickup after yourself kinda deal.
